Left home 4:30 a.m. to catch a boat for a seal trip.
Despite of encountering a mortar way closure and a traffic collision (not us)
we arrived the port on time.
But the tour was canceled because of the strong wind from particular direction.
So we decided that walk the beach.
It was bright but the coldest day in this winter.
A few seal pups were sleeping outside of off limit area, just happy to have the sun.
東海岸から出発するアザラシのコロニーツアーを目指して朝の４時半に家を出たものの
途中高速道路が閉鎖されたり交通事故で身動きが取れなくなったり
もうダメかと思ったものの無事出発時間前に到着
が
結局強風のため雨天でも決行をとされていたツアーは中止に
次は来年のということでおひらきとなりました
なんてあっけない
でもツアーでなければ入れないエリアの外にも少しだけ
極寒日光浴中のアザラシの赤ちゃんも発見
久しぶりの冬の海もなかなか
